A homicide investigation is underway after Jamie White, a reporter for the website InfoWars, was shot outside his apartment in Austin, Texas. The 36-year-old was found lying on the ground in the parking lot at around 11:56 p.m. on Sunday, according to the police. InfoWars, which is operated by conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, is based in Austin.
Police believe the suspects were trying to steal from White’s car when he caught them, and that’s when they shot him. After the shooting, the suspects fled the scene.
Alex Jones posted on X, promising that White’s death would not be forgotten and that the people responsible would be held accountable.
