Durga Prasai, a medical practitioner, has been returned to Bir Hospital following a Supreme Court order.
Prasai, who was arrested on charges of cybercrime, was presented before the court on Tuesday in response to a writ of habeas corpus filed by his son, Nirajan. The court’s decision has led to his transfer back to the hospital.
